This document explains how STEN collects, uses, and protects your personal data.

Data controller
The STEN platform is managed and your data is controlled by:

Data categories
We collect and process the following data categories:
Account data
User ID, name/display name, email address, account status, and role.
Identity verification
Identity verification result, provider reference, and verification metadata.
Marketplace data
Listings, requests, offers, categories, descriptions, images, favourites, seller profile, approximate location, and transaction history.
Messaging data
Conversation metadata, messages, abuse reports, blocked users, and moderation metadata.
Payment data
Transaction ID, amount, currency, payment status, and Stripe-related identifiers. STEN does not store payment card data.
Security data
Session info, device metadata, security events, audit events, and fraud prevention info.
Location data
STEN uses location fuzzing and distance buckets. Exact coordinates are never exposed.
Processing purposes
We process your data for the following purposes:

Legal bases
The legal bases for data processing are:
- Lepingu täitmine — konto loomine, tehingute töötlemine, suhtlus
- Seadusest tulenev kohustus — raamatupidamine, DAC7, audit
- Õigustatud huvi — turvalisus, pettuse tõkestamine, analüütika
- Nõusolek — turundus, statistika küpsised
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Pääseda ligi oma andmetele
- Nõuda ebatäpsete andmete parandamist
- Nõuda andmete kustutamist (teatud tingimustega)
- Piirata andmete töötlemist
- Saada andmeid struktureeritud kujul (andmete ülekandmine)
- Esitada vastuväide töötlemise suhtes
- Võtta nõusolek igal ajal tagasi
- Esitada kaebus järelevalveasutusele (AKI)

We retain your data only as long as necessary for the processing purposes or to fulfil legal obligations.
