STEN is an Estonian marketplace platform where users can publish requests, receive offers, communicate, and complete transactions.

To create an account, users must complete identity verification. Each user is responsible for their account security.

Users must follow applicable laws and STEN platform rules.

Listings must be accurate, honest, and legal. See the prohibited items page for restricted goods.

STEN uses the Stripe Connect secure payment platform. The platform never holds funds itself.

STEN charges a 5% platform fee on each transaction.

STEN is an intermediary platform. Transactions occur between the buyer and seller.

Users can close their account at any time. STEN may suspend accounts for rule violations.

Dispute resolution follows the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

STEN may update these terms. We will notify you of significant changes in advance.
